STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere in Ireland provided orders are received by us before 15:00pm and we have the stock.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Dublin, Wicklow & Kildare 

• Orders below €75 have a shipping charge of €9.50
• Orders above €75 have free shipping.

Outside Dublin, Wicklow & Kildare

• All orders have a shipping charge of €20

International shipping not available. 

RETURNS

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.bizquipathome.ie

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will refund the card used to purchase the order. 

Please note we cannot offer a refund if the above criteria is not met. 

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and refund the card used to purchase the order. 

ORDER AMENDMENTS
